Licensing
Licensing of DbNetTime is done on a per user basis. A license must be bought for the total number of users who will be using DbNetTime. The cost per user is a one off charge of £50.00.
Purchase on-line
Online purchasing is handled securely by WorldPay. On completion of your purchase you will be automatically e-mailed a licence key which will enable you to use your license of DbNetTimeSupport
A support plan for DbNetTime can be added to your order. This will give you access to our support team via email for one year from the date of purchase. Our support team will provide prompt and informative responses to all your questions. Purchasing support will also entitle you to download updates and minor product revisions for free. Support is an annual subscription which is charged at 20% of your total order.
Upgrade policy
License Key Upgrades
Customers wanting to buy additional user licences for their existing copy of DbNetTime can do so by entering their licence key at the time of purchase. Once you have completed the purchase process, you can apply your new registration key to DbNetTime.
Software Upgrades
If support is purchased with DbNetTime minor product revisions and updates can be downloaded free of charge.
Alternative purchase options
If you would prefer to purchase your copy of DbNetTime by another means then we can offer the following payment options:- PO. Send or fax us a Purchase Order and we will invoice you by return.
