The Summary Report allows time entry records to be selected and summarised across all users, projects and tasks. The information can be printed, exported, copied. The report selection criteria and configuration can be saved as a report profile and restored at a later point by simply reselecting the profile record.

Summary Column

Defined the value to summarised as either the number of Hours or the Value of the hours (calculated by multiplying the number of hours by the rate). If Value is selected then only time records with an associated rate will be included in the report.

Report Filter

The report filter panel displays the filter information applied to produce the report.

Report Title

The report title can be entered and will be included on the output report.

User Summary Report

The User Summary Report has the identical functionality to the Summary Report except that the report will only include timesheet data from the user currently running the report. This makes the report suitable for general timesheet users who need to produce a report of their own hours covering more than one week.
