DbNetTime also includes a time entry application that has been designed to run in a mobile browser so that time can be recorded using a range of mobile devices if a user is out of the office. DbNetTime will automatically detect that it is being accessed by one of the suported mobile devices and redirect the user to the mobile interface.
Login
As with the desktop version the user will need to login before being able to record time.
Daily Hours List
After logging in a list of currently recorded time for that day is displayed. The user can either click/touch an entry to modify or delete the entry or the Add button to create a new entry for that day.
Hours Entry
The mobile hours entry page has the same input options as the desktop Daily Timesheet page and is configured in the same way
Cost Center
The Cost Center against which the time should be allocated. Only shown if Cost centres are enabled.
Project
The Project against which the time should be allocated.
Task
The Task in the Project against which the time should be allocated.
Notes
Free text notes about the entry. Only shown if Notes are enabled.
Start Time
The starting time for the task. Only shown if Start/End times are enabled. Defaults to the end time of the last task or the day start time if none previously entered for the day.
End Time
The ending time for the task. Only shown if Start/End times are enabled. Defaults to the last entry prior to the current time.
Total
Number of hours assigned to the task Read-only if Start/End times are enabled otherwise editable. Time can be entered in decimal or hours/minutes format (based on entry of a decimal or hours/minutes separator).
