Incomplete Timesheets

Incomplete Timesheets will display all timesheets for the specified period that have not been completed. If the user is an administrator then all incomplete timesheets will be displayed. If the User is a Line Manager or Approver then only users that have had the user specified as their line manager or approver will be displayed.

Week Ending
Select the week ending date of the period for which the timesheets relate.

Closed

Click on the Closed checkbox to Close the week and prevent any further modifications to timesheets. Administrators only.

View
Click on the View link to see a detailed view of the users timesheet.

Send reminders

Clicking on Send Reminders will send a reminder e-mail to all the "checked" users notifying them they should complete their timesheet. The content of the e-mail can be configured in system configuration.
